Is there any home devise for neck fusions

Yes, I had a recent MRI. My pain is isolated to my neck. It feels both nerve and muscle pain.
One of my doctors suggested a nerve ablation. But I'm not sure about it, some people had very negative experience with it. Have you tried nerve ablation yourself?
I've tried lidocaines and Voltaren. I'd like to explore the TENS devices.

I never had an ablation but may need to consider it for my lumbar spine nerves at some point due to nerve pain. To do it successfully, they would need to test to narrow down which nerve(s) is the source of pain to do an ablation.

Did you read your MRI report? What does it show? Do you have osteophytes/bone spurs, disc bulges, compression of spinal cord/flattening? Your orthopedic doctor should be able to help narrow down the source of your pain. If there is new compression causing your pain, this needs to be addressed.
