No, I switched from prolia

Hi completed 12 months of shots - at infusion center. No big issues, except the following; slightly tender at injection site in arms - as soon as we moved it to stomach that went away/ light headache for a few hours after and the next day ‘almost feeling like I’m getting the flue for a few hours, then back to normal- no more issues after that. It must be brought up to room temperature before injections take place. The skin should NOT be squeezed and slowly inject the stuff by nurse. My doctor told me to have juice and cookie snack at center when I arrive before getting shot ( this gets your metabolism working and makes it easier for the medicine to get into system versus it fighting your body) I never took any pain med as I followed my docs advise that worked for me ( each of us is different, so you may have to adjust as needed) my DEXA scan had a 16.92% bone density increase - both doc and I very happy 🙂 now just started Fosomax - no issues so far. I switched from Prolia to Evinity as a supposedly promotes more bone growth. We’ll see. I was willing to try anything.
