Hello John,
So sorry about your dilemma; however, as with everything that passes our mouth, it’s imperative to never measure what we need compared to anybody else. Asking other people especially about a certain medication or supplement dosage is strongly not recommended. None of us with our own condition and history knows the case history of another person. Different bodies react differently with everything that goes through the mouth. It’s also imperative to keep in mind the potential side effects that may occur. Believe me, I am saying this from my own experience and reading other people who are always asking other people for suggestions or recommendations.
If your doctor is not helpful, then you might want to start thinking about searching for another one.
I wish you the best.
Take care and have a serene Sunday,
gus

We are all here because we haven’t found much relief from what our doctors have prescribed to us. So it does help to ask others about these supplements. The supplements and their dosage that someone has found useful can be starting points for us and from there we can tweak them as per our reaction to it. There’s an old saying in another language which says - an experienced patient is better than a new doctor! I think it’s really true.
