Hand numbness may be from cervical spine pinching a nerve or just positional of your hand when sleeping . Speak to your doctor. Foot discomfort sounds like you need to see a podiatrist, maybe a foot orthotic (insert) may be all the correction you need. Best wishes

Thanks. Yes, my hand numbness is positional. I rarely get it if I sleep on the couch or wear arm braces to bed. Hand specialist suspects carpal tunnel, but not sure. I still want to rule out spine. And, I’ve seen several podiatrists. Most say it’s not neuropathy. Idk. Very confusing. Neurologists say Vitamin deficiency, which has been treated. It hit so fast….right after covid, so…..I do have type 1 diabetes so……could be from that. A mystery perhaps.

My ankle pain has been very different from all the other stuff but could be connected I guess.

Thanks for your tips. I’d think more people would have impingement around here.
