I see. Please post what you discover. I’ve wanted a spine MRI for a while for my intermittent hand numbness during the night and foot paresthesia. The ankle pain is different though. It feels more like a sprain. Thing is, it seems to have improved a lot over the last several weeks.

I hope you can get some answers.

Hand numbness may be from cervical spine pinching a nerve or just positional of your hand when sleeping . Speak to your doctor. Foot discomfort sounds like you need to see a podiatrist, maybe a foot orthotic (insert) may be all the correction you need. Best wishes
