@joanland My sister is an anti vaxxer based on anecdotal information she reads on Facebook. I prefer to follow the science and likewise I am totally open to considering reasoned scientific evidence against using any type of injectible. Whether Botox or other beauty injectibles or medical aids against Covid or measles or flu or RSV. Or whatever.

We look after our elderly father (90). We have agreed (with our father’s blessing) that when we disagree about any injections he should get, his excellent long term GP has the final say, and we will all abide by her call.

My father has had all the Covid shots and boosters plus annual flu jabs. He recently had the RSV as well as the new Shingrix jab.

He was totally fine during and after them all - just a sore arm for the day after Shingrix.

I’m 78, had the recommended vaccinations and I’m in excellent health. I have had maybe 2 colds since Covid came on the scene. I followed all recommended protocols while witnessing the deaths of neighbors and long time friends that neglected them. Proof enough for this old Georgia/Texas boy.
