You say your doctor referred you for an ultrasound for claudication. Did that turn up anything. I have never thought to ask about having the veins in my legs checked. Do you wear support socks. I have started wearing knee-high support socks (without toes) at the lower pressure of 15 ro 20 and they seem to help my calves.

I looked through my me medical records and found that I had something done to see if there's any plaque in my legs. It was done at my cardiologist's office, his comment was that it was no more than people my age. That was 3 years ago . I have not done the ultra sound my PCP ordered. Wondered if it's the same thing. It's next Tuesday. If it's the same thing then we can compare both tests. No, I have no worn any support socks. I cannot wear socks ..I find them very uncomfortable. However, my back surgeon gave me these wireless compression things that I use sometimes. I just charge them when they are out of juice and I put them around my calves. Like a soft massage. Since they are wireless, I can walk with them. I don't know when I'll get the results of my ultra sound. If you can text me in a week, hopefully I have something to report. You could probably talk to your doctor and order a test too . Won't hurt!

Hi,
The results came back on the ultrasound, everything ok. Good blood flow in my legs. That's a relief!
Where do you get your compression socks? There are so many on the market. Do you want them 24/7 ?
