Do your migraines follow a pattern?

I understand the triggers you described, @migraineelaine. While my migraines are not as severe as those you describe, I have found that visual stimulation (such as action movies or television shows) can create the environment for a vestibular migraine with dizziness and nausea.

Yeah that can do it for me too.
Mainly flashing, repetitive, too fast too loud, like ‘Warning may cause seizures…’
Also, depends where my heads at when I start.
I was always a reader. I love to read! When this started I can’t read like I did, so often. Can’t see or focus in a migraine or tolerate music. I started TV. I have to have something to distract me or I go crazy sometimes… just the pic w no sound. For me, also love stuff like Joseph Campbell. Know he’s not for everybody. Love SouthPark too!
