Is there any home devise for neck fusions

I had the fusion about 15 years ago. Cervicals 4 thru 7. Yes, I had seen several orthopedists and pain management. I cannot take opiods. I take gabapentin and flexeril.
I did have several injections which only help for a short while. The pain is better after surgery.
I hope I answered your questions. Do you have any devise to recomment for the cervical pain?

Have you had a recent MRI of your cervical spine to see if you have new spinal cord/nerve root compression causing your pain? Is your pain isolated to your neck/shoulders or does it travel down your arms/lower body? Does it feel like nerve or muscle pain?
If you have pain caused by a compressed/injured nerve, you may be able to try nerve ablation for pain.
You may benefit from massage and acupuncture and there are TENS devices to help with pain. Also, lidocaine pain patches or roll-ons can help with pain temporarily. Voltaren gel can help with pain from inflammation.
