@nvshaxpur do you spit it out after a while? I do the same with Lyderm gel but I don’t need to spit it out. It tastes very bitter.

Lyderm gel has been working for me (it is used off label), but I am going to keep your medication in mind in case Lyderm eventually stops working for me.
