I hope you get relief without having to have too many visits to get pain relief. Don't become discouraged if you have to get many increases. That's what happened to me. I had many increases and did not feel any relief. I was feeling discouraged, so I began to have the dosage decreased with the thought of having the device removed. Then I found out out low I started at and how high some people have had to go. Well, I started back up. Last week, after almost two and a half years of going up, down, and up again, I actually had my first real pain relief. It only lasted a day, but I am hoping that further increases will help me. I am assuming that you had a successful trial with morphine. Morphine did not help. They had to use hydromorphone/ It dropped my pain from about a seven down to about a 2.
Wishing you much success on your pain journey!

Thank for the comments. I have found the right settings I’m on a low setting which works and that is all that matters !!! It has been 9 days and I have not took pain meds since day 2. I was on oxycodone and it makes me itch too much.
