@eileenredding- My insurance has never paid a nickel against the thousands I have spent. I suggest you steer clear of neomycin, often prescribed with Xifaxan (riflaxamin) because neomycin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic which will sterilize the entire GI tract, "good" bugs included, often leading to life-long health issues.
