Thanks, and of course I avoid sick people. Fortunately, my family is sensitive and people are told not to come to family gatherings if they are sick, not just for me but for the other elderly in the family. And we are religious about washing our hands when we come home...surprising how well that works!
I also have pulmonary fibrosis and am on supplemental oxygen so I know I need to be careful. It is a new twist in life, always thinking about if the air I breathe is healthy. And with O2, a mask is not enough, because the O2 concentrator takes in room air.
