Is there any home devise for neck fusions

How long ago did you have fusion surgery and what levels? Were you prescribed pain medication and have you worked with your surgeon and pain management clinic to help manage pain? Have you had spinal injections and do you know the source/cause of your pain? Is the pain worse after surgery than before and have you felt any improvement having surgery?

I had the fusion about 15 years ago. Cervicals 4 thru 7. Yes, I had seen several orthopedists and pain management. I cannot take opiods. I take gabapentin and flexeril.
I did have several injections which only help for a short while. The pain is better after surgery.
I hope I answered your questions. Do you have any devise to recomment for the cervical pain?
