Thanks i may have bought one it goes in the shoe and up the leg just a little. For some reason the links will not open Milo

Sorry the link would not open. That may not be allowed here on the forum. But that sounds exactly like it, Milo. I hope you will find it helpful. I also have some that are made of metal that I bought used on Ebay.... and they are both helpful with balance. Honestly, I can tell little difference between the metal ones (that are much more expensive if you go through a medical equipment place) and the ones I purchased on Amazon. Your mileage may vary. Hello again, Milo. I remove the insole from my shoe and insert the AFO, then put the insole back in on top of it.
