I’ve been on 4.5 mgs for three years and the compound pharmacy charges me $35.00 for 90 pills. I use PUBLIX to Compound & Medicare covers it.
Any pain management doctor or for that matter just about any doctor can prescribe it but, some need to be educated about it.

That is so surprising! I’ve used 3 different compound pharmacies and all say Medicare doesn’t cover it because it is off label use. Maybe I should recheck,
I’m curious if it’s because of what your doctor says it is prescribed for.

That’s a much better price than I’m paying but I’m not eligible for Medicare yet. I may still try the Publix pharmacy rather than the local independent one I’ve been using. Thanks for your reply.
