I have also been using the exercise program developed by Lisa Moore, DPT. I can’t tell you yet if it’s effective because I just started; I will let you know next year after my next DEXA.
I am sharing her foundation series, which is where you should start if you are not used to exercising. It is a series of 6 videos where she explains how to do certain movements. You can progress as slowly (or faster) as you want.

After the Foundation Series then Dr Lisa Moore has a 52 weeks Program. 4 new exercises every week and they progress gradually in difficulty. I hope this helps people who don’t know where to start.
