Oatmeal and Dr. Gundry's strong negative effects
Is Dr. Gundry a scam? I have seen this question asked many times here. I have the same question, but just couldn't find a good answer. Until now: I was watching a Shark Tank episode, an oatmeal snack ball was being offered. They all seemed to like the taste, so I went on the hunt. I have found a AI, that so far has proven truthful and accurate. I tested AI out with questions I already knew the truth about. Well, except for the typical reasons, allergies, bad processing,etc...OATMEAL is the great food our parents, grandparents and now parents and children have thought it is. As for Dr. Gundry, I'm sure he's very smart, but his extreme negative attack, is definitely wrong about oatmeal . I am thrilled to finally get this cleared up for me. I have Celiac disease, so oatmeal cereal and flour are prominent in my diet.

Everything is contaminated with chemicals. Even organic foods have contaminates on them.
Dr. Gundry is a quack. Steel cut oats, which contain the most nutrients, is brain food. Avena sativa is the brain food. You can buy GMO oatmeal.
I think, by definition, what you’re making is “gruel”.
My mother taught me to make the best oatmeal by just putting the oats in boiling water and not stirring. Just let them simmer until they are cooked. These days I can achieve the same texture by microwaving them and then letting them sit.
I can understand those who don’t like the “taste” of the oats most people cook because it’s stirred into a mush like consistency
I can’t think of a better breakfast on a cold morning than a good bowl of oatmeal!
yeah i've come to the conclusion that Grundy is on that fine line of being a quack.

2 ReactionsAt least they are waaayy less that non organic. Most comes from oversprays and previously drenched in chemicals soil.
@cattknap Indeed. The beauty of overnight oats (oats soaked in milk overnight) is that you can choose whether to eat them uncooked or cooked.
We prefer to cook them after their overnight soaking. Many prefer to leave them uncooked but we don’t like oats like that.

1 ReactionI used to love oatmeal, oat cereal, oat milk. Then I got a terrible rash that lasted for several months. After racking our brains and soaking in oatmeal baths(!) I discovered that it had to be the oat milk. Since I stopped that I haven't had any issues. I don't eat any oats now.

2 ReactionsI believe like you, he says eggs are so bad for you, oatmeal is really bad for you, and many
other things, he says one thing and another doctor is on and everything is the other way around
you can't believe any of them. It could make you crazy, I am going to start to delete them.

2 ReactionsSo true. But, as history shows us: coffee was not good for us but now it is (2 cups); cigarettes were the rage but we now know better; getting a lot of sunshine for Vitamin D was advised, but that was reversed; ad nauseum......
You’re so right it’s just crazy every website that has something to do with
health tells you something different. just can’t belive it. I am going to
unsubscribe to most of them that I have because it makes me crazy. I

so better to unsubscribe and don’t see it .and you don’t see it in the
news, and if you look carefully at the bottom, it’s his advertisement
