The study did freeze drying dehydration if I remember correctly. Not sure how the places that I got mine from were dried. I'll try to find information on this. The doctor mentioned buying them at the local market but didn't mention how to prepare them for full potency. I can't imagine being a beverage would change things if made fresh. Maybe I'll start buying fresh.
