I don’t think there is any significant relationship between Candesartan and PSA levels. I am on 4mg and have been for years. If there is any, it is likely to be minor. As someone else said, the trend is your friend.
Depending on anxiety levels and financial situation, you might consider an (likely out-of-pocket) MRI.

Doesn’t matter - IF it even reduces your PSA value initially, a continued rise (every 6 mos) will still give you the info you need - once again, the trend and the speed is more important than the number.
