I had 4 covid pfizer vaccines. I continue to have a lot of fatigue. I also have thalassemia minor so attributed it to that also. I am sorry I had the vaccines. My husband only had 2 covid vaccines. I thought I was protecting myself by getting them. But now I wonder if they contributed to my fatigue. I sleep well but after 6 hours being up, I feel like I am tired an ready to sleep again. Sometimes I do sleep or just push through to continue.
I've had physicals and all is good except for the thalassemia showing blood counts a little off. But I am in my 70's and never had this level of fatigue from that condition. Ever since Covid and the vaccines I have never felt the same. I did have Covid in 2020 but it was mild and I was not really sick. So I wonder if the vaccines did affect me.

See if you can get a morning cortisol and a DHEA-S lab drawn.

This happened to me and after several years of suffering crippling fatigue and brain fog, I learned I have adrenal insuffiency. I'm waiting for a referral to endocrinology to determine which kind.

To help my symptoms until then, I am on a small dose of hydrocortisone. It is helping with brain fog and I am awake more and have the energy to move around the house, and occasionally outside of the house.
