Thanks for your comments. I haven't tried physical therapy yet. I've been doing a lot of computer work lately.

A few hours ago, it was acking(?). I quit for about 3 hours and it is fine. Glad to hear from a fellow Canadian. I don't live in Calgary so I can't take advantage of your daughter's skills.

If it keeps up, I just might try it. Right now I'm trying a combination of acupuncture and lazar to reduce the pain from spinal stenosis and the operation. I'm amazed how well that's working.
