@dcdusek, like others have mentioned, the program you described is called the Pain Rehabilitation Center (PRC) at Mayo Clinic. The 3-week program is offered at all 3 campuses in Phoenix, Arizona; Jacksonville, Florida; and Rochester, Minnesota.

I believe @alh123 attended the program at Mayo Clinic in Arizona.

Yes I went a couple of years ago . Happy to answer any questions . Very positive experience. However , It didn’t change my life very much like others have found . The level of supervision , support and socialization did not translate to my circumstances at home and so I gradually went back to my previous situation , sadly .
