Diarrhea during/after radiation and Orgovyx?

I have no diagnosis, yet. The radiation oncologist thought diarrhea would subside once treatment ended and said the use of Imodium is "harmless." He suggested a trip to my PCP or gastroenterologist, but I had a colonoscopy in June and no damage was noted. I tried a Probiotic that another patient suggested for a month. It seemed to be working wonders for a few days, then my system returned to its "normal." Orgovyx publishes that diarrhea is one of its potential side effects and I understand that the after effects of radiation can continue to increase for some time, so I'm trying to hang on in the hope that improvement comes in the next month or so. I am four months post radiation.

If they hit the rectum during radiation diarrhea and not being able to hold it is a side effect. I dealt with it for a month or so and 6 months later I still have to honor the I might have to go feeling. Imodium is my friend whenever I go out for meals. I've surrendered to the fact that this might be my new me.
