Can we get one of those yummy receipts here Jeff : ))) ?!!!! I would LOVE to make mushroom soup for my hubby 😃 ! I grill them or use in various stews but never made soup with them.
And yes, I agree, pizza is really not a healthy source of mushrooms, unfortunately.

If you have a wood fired pizza in Rome made with fresh porcini mushrooms I ‘think’ you might change your mind!

She doesn’t make mushroom soup. She makes many different types of chicken with mushrooms. I’ll check it out and see if she has a recipe I can post.

I am 6’4” and I have to eat a lot to just maintain my weight (not working lately). Soup isn’t enough calories, I eat a lot of brown rice with chicken, turkey and fish dishes. She has made me soup with fish in it, which She then puts a lot of rice in, making it thick and more calories.
