Pizza has too much cholesterol, it can mess with your blood sugar and A1c. I don’t have it more than once a month.
My wife makes me chicken with mushrooms in a variety of different combinations.
Just something to think about.

Can we get one of those yummy receipts here Jeff : ))) ?!!!! I would LOVE to make mushroom soup for my hubby 😃 ! I grill them or use in various stews but never made soup with them.
And yes, I agree, pizza is really not a healthy source of mushrooms, unfortunately.
