MAybe, I wouldn't stop what you are doing. Sounds like you are in an awesome place at this point.
I've started the WBM powder and it's not bad, will it do anything, not really sure, but from what I read, it won't hurt. From the studies, it has helped others. Mushrooms are good to eat, should make them more part of my normal diet. More Pizza I suppose!
