You know as much about it as I do. There was a precursor to this drug that never got anywhere, but was quite promising (Protac ARV-110), PROTAC ARV-766 advanced the development further.

I guess AI is about the only place you can find more information about this. Do searches on the web about that drug name and you will see most of the information that is available.

My oncologist just texted me back about PROTAC ARV-766
He said this: only active in androgen receptor mutant patients with LBD mutation. You have ATM mutation only

My problem now is that I need someone to translate and explain.

Do you know Jeff?

Or if someone else here can explain what my cancer condition means?

I’m guessing that the drug you mentioned is now being used for those it will work for. Great news for them!
