It sounds like your son is doing what he can to keep the wound clean and help the natural healing. Does the wound look or feel like it's getting better?

Thank you for your reply! It is very nice that you are interested in my son's problem and answering questions! This is very important for me and for my son. The wound is healing, but very slowly. Doctors say that the wound prevents the healing of an exacerbation of Crohn's disease, until the wound heals - biotherapy with the drug Adalimumab cannot be carried out. Such a vicious circle ...
