I was doing self exam and felt a tiny little bump the size of a grain of Sand. I scheduled a screening mammogram but because I said I felt something they send me straight to a diagnostic mammogram. Radiologist said I was fine. Radiology technician told her she thought she saw something. She insisted I was ok and radiology tech told her to turn me over and then I heard radiologist says "oh" and kinda panic. Anyway was send for biopsy which proved I had extensive multi focal DCIS. The fun part. That little grain of Sand proved to be nothing !

Omg! So the cancer was found by accident! And the technician was good. My sister’s cancer was dismissed by a doctor, but the assistant told her to insist on a biopsy which turned out to be IDC. I pray that you tolerate the treatments well. Hang in there. Just take one day at a time. We’re all in it together. Please come back and let me know how you’re doing. I’m rooting for you. Hugs.

Oh my goodness. I call that the universe looking out for you. Hope it was early and you are doing well.
