Welcome to Connect @alesya, So sorry to hear that your son is struggling with Crohn's and now has a wound that's not healing preventing the biotherapy treatment. Care for wounds that are not healing is really important.
The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation has some good information on diet for Crohn's here - https://www.crohnscolitisfoundation.org/patientsandcaregivers/diet-and-nutrition/what-should-i-eat.

Has your son's doctor provided any special instructions/treatment to help with the wound healing?

Good day dear Doctor!

Thank you very much for your recommendations on diet for Crohn's disease! Unfortunately, there are no such detailed recommendations in Belarus.

The surgeon did not give my son any specific recommendations on wound healing. He believes that healing should occur individually. You just need to wait. My son treats the wound with chlorhexidine daily and changes sterile gauze dressings. Maybe you can advise on ways to heal a wound after an abscess?

Best regards,
Alesya S
