I just came back from my last appointment with the surgeon.
He's happy with everything, so now it's just regular PSA tests.
I took the opportunity to ask about milk increasing the risk of recurrence.

Chatgpt lists some studies and recommendations by associations and says that while evidence is evolving high fat dairy should be considered a high caution food. They say low fat dairy has less evidence but should be consumed on moderation. Advise Mediterranean diet.
