I understand, what you are saying, and i do accept that there is a strong possibility that she might not have much time but i keep feeling i should not give up without trying everything i could. I dont know how to shake the feeling. But yes really thank you for your concern, the slowly fading away is harder to watch

Yes as I said it would be hard for you but at the same time it is harder for your mother because she is the one who in pain not only from the Cancer but the treatment as well. Just so you know I have Liver & Pancreatic Cancer my self & believe me it is no fun fighting Cancer of any sort.
There is a young lady here in Australia where I am and she is only 38 Yrs old and she has 3 young Kids as well & she has the same Cancer as I have. She also comes from you country & she has no one here to help support her but her Hubby. Your Mother has had a good life up until now & it is hard to stand by and watch her like you are, but at the same time do you really think you are helping her ????? I'm not trying to tell you what to do that is up to you but I can't see any point in you trying to find a Cure for now, Just show her your love by been there for her is what I think she wants you to do May God Bless Her for been a great Mother & having a Lovely daughter like you are
