Hi again Mike. Just to comment on your reference to your neuro--todays doctors I have found they know so little about so many things that actually are in their field of expertise. I once asked a podiatrist if she knew what foot neuropathy felt like and she said she did not know.
People really have to keep trying to find the best doc for them but it does cost money if you're not on Medicare (thank goodness for that blessing).

Hi, Lynn... Thanks for your replies! Yes, I learned LONG ago that we have to be our own advocates for our health care... Some older doctors do things they way they have always done and are not looking to learn something new. And some are just clueless about things that are available. So we have to read and participate in groups like this one to arm. ourselves with as much knowledge as we possibly can. Yes, if you read up on Vitamins and neuropathy here, you will learn more about B6 possibly causing neuropathy or adding to it. I have learned so much from reading things on the Foundation for Peripherial Neuropathy site that John gives out to newbies. I understand about being lazy about doing the exercises.... and I sometimes slack off, too.... but we have to keep moving if we want to continue to do so. As they say, 'use it or lose it.' 🙂 I wish you all the best. Mike
