I’m almost 75 years old. However, I’ve noticed that my skin bruises on my arms too easily. It starts with little bug bites that itch until I have big bruises on my arms. It looks terrible. About 5 years ago the hydrotherapy therapist put heat packs on my back that caused burns all over my back. My rehab doctor was very upset over this. My point in this is that as we age, our skin becomes thinner. Hot showers are not good for thin skin. Also, this might sound terrible, but according to some YouTube videos for senior citizens, they say try doing sponge baths instead of taking a shower every night. Also ask your doctor if you have a Vitamin D3 deficiency or Vitamin K deficiency.
