I used my pill-splitter Sunday to split my 75mg clopidogrel pill evenly into morning and night doses -- 12 hours apart. No nosebleed today. Left message for doctor.

Doc said to continue taking the 75mg Clopidogrel (Plavix), and to let him know if any more problems.
