Sacroilliitis Joint Injection.....

I have just started experiencing sacrum joint (SI) pain; and not sure how to proceed. But my orthopedic said "there's injections you can get...you can talk to the pain management dept."
If anyone has other thoughts on how to tamp down pain in the buttocks, please inform me!

I had an Xray guided injection in my SI joint. The procedure was okay but it did not work, probably bc it wasn’t my SI joint that was the problem. What seemed to help more was getting my hip replaced in Jan 2025. Still have SI pain but not as severe.
