Experiences with duloxetine (Cymbalta) for peripheral neuropathy?

I have idiopathic peripheral neuropathy. I have tried gababpentin & oxycarbazapine without success. My doctor recently prescribed me duloxetine (Cymbalta) 30 mg. Anyone have success with this? If so, how long did it take to notice results?

What was your experience on duloxetine?

Same here although at the point where I needed relief.

Hello everyone,
I was diagnosed with SFN a couple of years ago. I have burning pain throughout my body but the worse is in my head. I feel like someone is pouring something very hot on my brain.
I’ve been on Gabapentin and Lyrica with no relief. My neurologist put me on Cymbalta 30 mg in June and then 60mg with no difference. He just started me on 90 mg. Has anyone had any success with this medication? Please share if anything has helped!

Cymbalta made all the difference for me. I am on 60.
