Does a multi vitamin for women help with your Neuropathy?

Please get your B12 checked prior to starting a supplement. Taking a supplement can skew the true numbers according to my doctor. It’s really important to know if you have a deficiency before starting. A deficiency in it can cause some serious consequences. Some people have trouble processing a regular tablet and need shots or sublingual. I take sublingual since diagnosis.

Also, you might discus B6 with your doctor too, since too much B6 can cause problems too. There are some threads about it on this site. I didn’t have it, but my neurologist told me not to take a supplement for that reason.

I used to think I’d get all my nutrients from my diet, but discovered for me, that’s not possible.

I got a blood test, and it included vitamin levels. I read that too much B6 can cause problems. My test showed too much B6, but not enough D3. So, I gave up the multivitamin that contained B6 and got a D3. I also take the usual fish oil, spirolina, garlic and calcium-magnesium, but I have been taking them for years before my neuropathy started.
