Hiatal Hernia. What helps?

I saw Dr. M. Halland at Mayo MN..he gave me 3 tests and diagnosed my failed Nissen that had been done in central Iowa..He referred me to a Nutritionist and even to a Physical therapist...there at Mayo MN... Gastropanesis is so different in how different people find what works for them... I eat a lot of NUTs...Trail mix.. with a wide variety of different nuts.. I mix my own using a Costco Trail mix as a base.. adding unsalted Mixed nuts, dried Cranberries, dried apricots, and more M and Ms.. Depending on the day I pick and choose out of that big jar on my counter... I also make a great Caprese Salad.. tomatoes, mozzarella Cheese, adding avocado... and even grilled persimmons on a rare occasion... with olive oil and reduced Balsamic ...or Saba dressing..
After my Nissen I was in the Hospital 9 days... I lost 50 pounds ... I think they sent me home to waste away... After the GI doc in Central Iowa tried to prescribe a non FDA Drug... I went to Mayo to get the best advice... I have gained back half of that wait loss... and I get to eat desserts... no problem.. Ken..

Hi, I have been experiencing severe left sided pain and pressure with chronic constipation for two years now with no concrete answers. I have had every test you can think of and the only definite findings are a non alcoholic fatty liver and a hiatal hernia which has gotten bigger in the past year. I have had 2 endoscopes with show constant inflammation in the stomach but test neg for the H pylori. I also have a great deal of pressure in the diaphragm and feel terrible all the time, so was wondering if anyone else has had similar symptoms as I have been told some of mine are A typical, but I can't live like this anymore. I also have heartburn and a terrible tightening or spasm type feelings in the upper abdomen. Any input would be greatly appreciated*

I am interested in the product you call Relief. Is that the actual name of the product? I looked on Amazon but did not see. I am on prescription meds for hernia and too much acid in my stomach. Nexium helped but this sounded like it enabled you to have something that you have not been able to eat fir some time

I purchase from Amazon..larger bottles than what’s sold Walmart. Couple dollars cheaper - Recd next day.

The product Prelief contains Calcium... Please have your doctor monitor your calcium levels. You can take too much. It can also interfere with some drugs.. so talk to your pharmacist. It also has a warning it may contain lead. Some take a papaya supplement.. need to be careful with that one too. Research carefully any supplements before taking them.
