My PSMA at the end of July showed significant improvement. My PSA continues to drop with last reading of 3.49.

My Oncologists suggests staying on the Xtandi and Orgovyx for now. I want to make sure I am not missing anything and if I should consider radiation.

Thanks for any advice.

Great to hear your PSA has dropped a lot, but it still is quite high considering the drugs you’re on. Yes, you need to have the PSMA pet scan to see what the heck is going on.

It seems you are at the point where you have more than five metastasis and they don’t like to do radiation on the metastasis if there’s more than five. I know someone who had over 15 and went through multiple sessions of SBRT radiation to get rid of all of them. Who you are being treated by can make a big difference in your progression free survival.

Find out what the scan shows and what your doctor plans to do about it. If they’re not going to do radiation, it really makes sense to Get a second opinion from a center of excellence.

If you have a multitude of metastasis, then Pluvicto could make sense for you to do next.
