Hi @klw123 I'm in NYC. I went to HSS in Manhattan and saw Dr. Joseph Lane. He's the Chief of the Metabolic Bone Disease Service there. I highly recommend him. I also have seen Dr. Nicole Leung at NYU in Manhattan. She's a rheumatologist who specializes in osteoporosis. I highly recommend her as well. Best wishes to you moving forward.

I’m almost 65 years old and have been on Tymlos for almost a year - I’ll do
A dexa next month to see if it is working .
But I really dread the decision of what to take afterwards to maintain bone gains .
All the options sound terrible to me . I live in New Jersey - so I’m not too far from HSS in NY. ( though I’d rather not commute into NY) can you please share with me what the experts told you about reclast versus the other options ?
