I don’t know that my hot flashes are notable, but one or two will wake me up at night and I averaged one hourly on a trip this week while driving. It just feels like my scalp and face are melting but I’m not completely miserable

I use an Embrlabs.com Wave 2 device to reduce hot flash intensity and for nights.
