I'm not familiar with such a syndrome. First may I offer sympathy, and second observe that it certainly is interesting! Do you have any blood glucose issues at other times? Are you on any other medications? If I can ask, are you seriously obese?

Diabetes certainly has a number of links to other nutritional and stress issues that show up on the insulin resistance side. Besides too much sugar, anything else you're eating too much of, that could be a trigger? Can be as simple as red meat, as complex as any two or three things that you eat together on rare occasions. Any other allergic issues? Essential fatty acids - all those omegas - are another place to look, but yes, I see you have non-nutritional triggers as well.

Just grasping around for straws or hints at the moment.

Thanks for comment.
I’m in prediabetic range.
I weigh 135 so not obese.
Yes- Gestational and non gestational causes. That’s why euglycemia ketoacidosis fits perfectly. Mt latest Dr says no but I can’t test my theory till I have an episode.
I follow diabetic diet and the glucose goddess as best I can. Allergist says nothing showing. I can control my carbs. I can’t control an infection. Very frustrating.
