You are exactly right. That is why when I moved across town to be closer to my three beautiful granddaughters I kept my PCP and my Dermatologist. With traffic it can be a 45 to an hour but that is how much I value my 19 year relationship with both.
My PCP knows everything about me and it is like going to see a friend when I go to her office.
That is not the case with many PCP’s and Doctors these days.
I hope everyone on this site finds someone like my doctor.

That's how I feel bout my endocrinologist at Mayo. She is a wonderful lady who cares more about the welfare of her patients than any other doctor that I have intereacted with.
