Why would you pay someone more to cover your Part B deductible than it would cost to pay it yourself? If you don't go to a doctor except for annual physicals then you end up paying for a deductible that you don't use. I have plan N and so far I've not been billed for anything that Medicare and my supplement don't cover. Even at that, my premium is approaching $200 per month.
I wised up quickly when I started choosing supplement plans after getting burned a little in the beginning. Go to an independent agent and they can get you a list of lowest cost providers for various plans. Remember that ALL providers of say plan G have to offer the SAME coverage. The only variable is cost.

Thanks for sharing your cost. I could be wrong, but I think on original Medicare the Plan D prescription plan and not the supplement plan governs the cost of pharmacy medicines (unless it's a medicine administered in a hospital or clinical type setting). But there are some exceptions so maybe I'm wrong. Best wishes.
