I've been on ehertu for 30 weeks now. Just received my 10th infusion. Ehhurtu is doing its job: CT scans showed a 58% reduction in tumor sizes, resolved pulmonary nodules, all other lesions stabilized, and no new ones present.
What's next? My oncologist says that immuno-therapy might help boost my immunity, to keep the cancer in-check.
My diagnosis is incurable, serous cell high grade, but I would say it is manageable, at this point and hopefully into the far future.

It eases my mind to read your post. I have metastatic breast cancer with bone, liver and lung involvement and it just spread to peritoneum. My oncologist wants to put me on Enhertu and that drug scares me. She says it's a really effective treatment option and the best option we have. Seeing your post makes my decision to say yes a little more comfortable. Good luck to you and I hope you continue to stay well treated.

Good Morning...My diagnosis sounds like it is veery similar to yours. I was diagnosed with a uterine serous cell carcinoma..agressive and rare, manageable not curable. it has recurred twice since my initial disnosis of stage 1A uterine cancer. I started treatment with enhertu in May of 2025. I have had 5 treatments , one every three weeks. My CA 125 has gone from 77 to 15 and my most recent PET scan, last Tuesday showed no evidence of disease. Thankfully the treatment is working...I was told that it will continue as maintenance and praying that the cancer does not return. I don't know what would come after Enhertu, but my oncologist has assured me that there are other treatments that are extremely effective in the treatment of my kind of cancer.
