I agree that 0 Testosterone should create the same effects in a person, but I notice a wide disparity in patients’ number and severity of side effects.

I agree, from the posts I’ve read comparing the two drugs. I think it’s all about the sledgehammer effect of an injection vs the slower - but just as effective- decrease of T in that first 30-60 days from an oral tablet.
I too had every SE while on Orgovyx, but they slowly accumulated over time and the last month (of 6) brought them all together.
Accordingly, that last month was the toughest and I was very happy to know that I would be off it soon.

As with everything else with prostate cancer side effects from ADT vary from person to person.

Even though I’ve been on it for nine years I’ve had never had a fatigue problem, but I have a terrible, hot flash problem.

I also never had depression from it and never gained weight from it, But many do.

The loss of muscles, The weakening of bones and Some cardiovascular problems affect almost everybody. Brain fog is another issue that only affects some people, And usually requires longer term use of ADT.
