How do you know about the genetic markers that work and the ones that are resistant. I don’t know much about Pluvicto but would I interested in your findings because my somatic test says I have PTEN and TP53.

The Information was discussed in an ASCO Conference over a year ago. We had a review of the whole conference at ancan.org by Len who attended it.

If you’d like to hear some more information about it, come to an ancan.org Advanced prostate cancer weekly meeting. You can ask about it and they will give you some specific details about what’s going on.

If you just do this AI web search. “ pluvicto has issues with pten and tp53”
you will find information like this.

Studies have shown that patients with prostate cancer harboring mutations in genes like TP53, RB1, and PTEN experience worse overall survival compared to those without these mutations. These genetic changes can also correlate with poorer responses to various treatments, including Pluvicto.
