Have you had Brain Fog as a result of allergies?

I am much better, mainly because I have been staying inside with AC running. I haven't been gardening or going anywhere, and I know that has helped. Next month I am getting the balloon sinoplasy which will help me even more. I am considering moving to a less green environment although I will hate it.

HI, @phxbarb - wondering if you've already had the balloon sinuplasty? If not, when you will have that? Are you still staying inside a lot?

Look at it this way: if you found out you were allergic to cats and dogs. would you run out and get one? It's a comfort zone thing as much as anything. And you might find that the sinoplasy will take care of the problem...
